When installing Phoenix into Win 2000 or XP, you must have local admin rights. To use the Phoenix in Win 2000 or XP, users must have power user rights.
Vista users only:Install Microsoft Visual C + + 2005 redistributableGo to "Control Panel" -> "User Accounts" -> "Turn user account control on / off" -> Uncheck "UAC box" -> press "Ok" -> restart workstation
Pre-Qualification:Microsoft. Net Framework 2.0 must be installed before installation of Nokia Care Suite
Install Nokia Care Suite 31.2.2008:After installing the Care Suite, please install the latest product specific data packages or SW bundles.
Installation Package Product Specific Data:Navigate to the desired data packets on the NOL or local storage location where the packet data is available and double click the MSI file. Follow the prompts and accept the default settings or select an alternative location. Default the download to C: \ Documents and Settings \ All Users \ Application Data \ Nokia \ Nokia Service Layer \ TPLS \
After installing the package data, Maintenance Suite will be able to find the appropriate software.

Know the issues:Print PIM info for 1606, 1508, and 1508i is not supported.Multi updater software has limited capabilities:- Launches Multi SW Update first and then connect the phone one by one- Do not try to serve more than 4 phones at once- It is recommended to use the embedded USB port.
